Non-toxic bedding, bath, cleaning and cooking supplies. Pet-free, no synthetic fragrance, and air purifiers on each floor. Walkable to the waterfront, downtown, and many locally owned restaurants, bars, boutique shopping, fitness studios, and grocery stores.

Bedrooms
In our bedrooms, room-darkening shades, red nightlights, and select circadian-conscious lightbulbs help create a restful sleep environment. We have 100% cotton OEKO TEX certified sheets and organic bed blankets for extra warmth.
Bathrooms
In our bathrooms we have 100% cotton towels, red nightlights and unscented hand soap from Rustic Strength. Our shower products are made by Oneka and are mildly scented with pure essential oils. Toilet paper and facial tissue are free o fragrance and lotions.
Cleaning & Environment
All laundry and cleaning products are non toxic and fragrance free, with the exception of our all purpose cleaner which uses lemon and lavender essential oils. We have air purifiers made by Air Doctor on each level, efficient mini split heat/AC pumps on the top two levels, and a commercial dehumidifier in the basement.
